NC Youth is a youth movement of the Assemblies of God in North Carolina. Our purpose is to be part of the awakening of this generation. We do this by serving youth ministries in local churches through leadership development, providing life-changing events, and spreading the gospel across the globe through Speed the Light.

Kendall Alfaro

Next Gen / District youth director

Kendall is serving as the Next Gen and Youth Director for NCAG. Prior to appointment in 2022, Kendall and Jillian served as Youth Pastors at James River Church in Springfield, MO. He and his wife, Jill, share a passion for training and equipping NextGen Pastors and leaders to reach the next generation. Kendall loves helping students activate their faith and seeing them embrace God’s global mission. Kendall and Jill have two boys, Heisman and Roman Champion. You can follow their journey in serving Jesus and the local church via social media.
