Terry Parkman is the NextGen Pastor at River Valley Church in Minneapolis, MN, a multi-site church with locations in the US and abroad. There he oversees all things
kids, youth, young adults, and emerging leaders. Along with his responsibilities at River Valley, Terry serves as the Global Lead for Empowered21 NextGen's efforts and as Global Nextgen Ambassador for OneHope.
Terry travels and speaks internationally on leadership trends, and more specifically, generational shift and how that impacts the Church today.
He lives in the Minneapolis-metro area with his wife Christina and his daughters Avalie and Nova.

Known for his hilarious characters, top-notch music, and fantastic stand-up comedy, Shama has entertained the internet for the past decade and gained over 275,000 combined followers across social media. But he insists that his most important role in life is as a husband and father to his wife, Grace, and his two kids, Ezra and Zoey.

Kendall Alfaro serves as the Next Gen Director for North Carolina Assemblies of God. Kendall has been married to his wife, Jillian, for 16 years and they have two boys, Heisman and Roman Champion. Kendall and Jillian share a passion for training and equipping leaders to fulfill their calling and reach the next generation. Kendall loves helping students activate their faith and seeing them embrace God’s global mission.
